Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to managers concerning NAF budgeting; evaluate financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Evaluate internal control policies to ensure adequacy; monitor compliance.

  • Perform analysis of financial statements for proposed capital projects; prepares/reviews return on investment schedules.

  • Conducts analysis of manpower resources to ensure adequate staffing and accurate budgeting.

  • Prepares management reports as required.

Tests, maintains, and monitors programs and systems including coordinating installation of computer programs and systems. * Guidelines usually include existing systems and the constraints imposed by related systems with which the incumbent's work must be meshed. * Work is reviewed for accuracy of judgment, compliance with instructions, and to insure proper alignment with the overall system.
