  • Responsible for monthly closing activities for designated country(ies) on GL related activities. GL major activities inclusive of closing of Primary & Secondary/Reporting ledgers, 2 books variance analysis, sub-system transactions check and interfacing, cash management and cash flow movement analysis;

  • Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation by ensuring documentations are in compliance with Motorola Solutions' Accounting Policies and procedures;

  • Responsible for the Balance Sheet Reconciliation Tool and Oracle system administrative related matters;

  • Be the point of contact for the designated country(ies) for all General Ledger related activities;

  • Support the internal team by performing analysis of the operating and business performance for the designated country(ies);

  • Identify and highlighting any potential risks and issues from Finance Compliance perspective and drive process improvements to align with regional processes;

  • Assist in establishing strong internal operational environment through process improvements and projects;

  • Any other ad-hoc duties;

VIEW JOBS 11/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-11T00:00 POSITION OVERVIEW JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Financial Analyst - Projects to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the PDS team, assisting with the financial aspects of the program & project management activities. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments * Develop/Implement invoicing and change order process for assigned program(s) * Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding program and project budget * Proactively report on financial status of the program * Coordinate and track all costs for all vendors * Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation including use of client's system * Interact and negotiate with contractors * Prepare/update project status reports * Work with project managers to understand all financial aspects of program and set up communication protocol to confirm spend for tracking and invoicing purposes * Work with core team and client to address any financial reporting requested * Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all technology as required for assigned projects * Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice * Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS * Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, quantitative analysis or economics * Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience * Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, profitability analysis and/or auditing techniques. * Ability to understand aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to invoicing and change orders in order to fully understand project implications based on minimal conceptual information * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with contractors, client's representatives, and team members * Strong organizational and time management skills * Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment * Operates with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders * Professional yet personable demeanor * Demonstrated leadership, responsiveness, and accountability * Detail oriented with strong analytical skills * Proactive and takes initiative * Able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision * Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Adobe Professional, X, or Standard * Ability to travel to client site in Deerfield 3x per week or as needed #LI JLL Privacy Statement When you visit JLL websites, JLL may collect information related to those visits, without you actively sending that information.
