Your Team, Your Impact

As a financial staff professional at Marvell, you'll work closely with the business unit you support to provide meaningful data analysis. Your team has a certain budget for resources and you'll help them decide how to use that budget most effectively. Are we on track with the forecast? Will this new product deliver a positive return on investment given its costs? You're the one providing the analysis to help your team decide!

What You Can Expect

• Consolidate and analyze financial data for monthly forecasts, annual operation plan, and long-term strategic plans

• Assemble and summarize operating expenses and income statements for the leadership team of the business you support

• Conduct studies on project performance over time and develop forecast models

• Reconcile actual performance to forecasts and provide readouts to management

• Track resources and manage the forecast against historical attrition trends and evolving business needs

• Create project models to evaluate return on investment and provide guidance to the business you support

• Collaborate with others in Finance for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of applicable experience in Finance, Accounting or other related fields.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the semiconductor industry

• Solid analytical and quantitative skills, complemented by proficiency in financial modeling.

• Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

• Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal

• Thrive in a cross-functional team environment, where your problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail shine.

• Embrace deadlines and perform brilliantly under strain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP and financial software (e.g., Oracle, OneStream) is a plus.

• Insight with semiconductor manufacturing processes adds depth to your expertise.

• Previous involvement in budgeting, forecasting, or strategic planning is a valuable asset.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

82,100 - 121,430, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
