KPMG is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Review and interpret current as well as historical financial data
• Provide support in annual budget and forecast preparation
• Consolidate and prepare senior level reporting for use in management meetings or ad hoc analysis
• Analyze variances from forecasts and plans, report results, as well as recommend actions
• Collaborate with functional leaders to participate in the preparation of annual plan, and quarterly forecasts

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of recent experience with financial analyst or similar experience; preferably from a professional services firm
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, SAP and Business Objects
