The role:

This position proactively partners with our business leaders, operations and others across the finance organization to support, model, understand, improve the business and allow management to meet their financial targets and objectives.

This position is proactively involved in both understanding actual results and influencing decision-making in the future. Responsibilities and projects range from simple to complex and require the use of analytical modeling and business problem solving skills.

What you will do:

  • Provide financial insights and make recommendations to support business decisions and develop effective strategies, with an overriding goal to create value for the company

  • Support business initiatives by creating financial models that reflect the business model, assumptions and targets laid out for these initiatives

  • Develop, analyze, report, and present business metrics and recommendations as needed

  • Provide timely, accurate and actionable information required to manage the business and support brand development initiatives

  • Assist in the development of the annual Operating Budget and monthly forecast reviews of brands within the Consumer Care New Growth business

  • Lead integrated, efficient processes for budgeting and forecasting across the brand team

  • Lead processes to identify and incorporate efficiencies and related cost savings for the business

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Advanced analytical skills

  • At least three years of related FP&A experience

  • Must have a general understanding of IFRS requirements

  • Possess advanced Excel skills with basic skills in PowerPoint & Microsoft Word

  • Experience with financial systems, analytical tools, and implementation of business performance management tools are also required
