Financial Analyst

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This individual will conduct financial analysis and assist in the development of assumptions used in analysis and communication of results to support the company's Vice President Finance and Treasurer, Director of Finance and Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance as well as other members of the Finance and Treasury team.

Responsibilities will include:

Gathering information necessary to prepare financial projections and offering materials from Corporate and Division/Area Controllers. This role will also prepare financial models, read and analyze public financial information.

In addition, this role will assist with analysis and preparation of materials for equity investors and project lenders for the Company's joint venture investments, structured lot options and other financial transactions. The ideal candidate will also assist in the execution of public debt offerings and ongoing communication and analysis for lenders, rating agencies and investment banks regarding the Company's financing of equity capital needs and will assist in responding to inquiries and requests from these sources.

Education/Experience

Four-year degree in finance or accounting; two plus years of related work experience with strong background in financial modeling and analysis; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
