The Financial Analyst performs accounting and finance activities for facility management services in support of our client. The key processes may include client funding requests, recording accruals and other journal entries, creating queries, account reconciliations, payroll accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll invoicing and related 3rd party expenses for reimbursement from the client.

• Point person for financial reporting and variance analysis for assigned sites.

• Support the month-end, quarterly and annual closing procedures, including preparation of journal entries, accruals and maintenance of general ledger accounts for assigned sites.

• Ensure timely charging and accurate collection of management related fees for proper Revenue Recognition process.

• Review Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy and reasonableness. Report on transactions outside of normal processes. Perform check runs for assigned sites.

• Perform Trial Balance review, reconciliation and prepare various analysis worksheets.

• Support preparation of business unit's quarterly reports and schedules, including variance analysis against latest forecast and budget.

• Track Accounts Receivable, review bad debt position and collectability of outstanding debts.

• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control procedures, prepare analytical work-papers for auditors and respond to audit queries.

• Maintain detailed financial documentation and systems to preserve financial history and meet government regulations and legislation.

• Understand the use and integrations of PeopleSoft, E1, P-card, TM1, Exostar, Citi Supply Chain Financing, SharePoint and other systems.

• Develop and implement improvements where needed.

• Ad hoc analysis and other special projects and functions as required.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of experience

• A high degree of proficiency in Excel (advanced Excel skills required), MS SharePoint and other Microsoft office applications. PeopleSoft and JDE E1 knowledge is a plus

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced and multi-cultural customer service oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

86,000.00 - 91,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
