Duties and Responsibilities:
Makes initial assessments and recommendations as to areas requiring further review by Auditors.
Reviews and analyzes the records of financial institutions, such as savings and loan associations, including operating and investment records, and inspection of properties, to make initial identification of areas requiring further analysis.
Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs;
Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff;
Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues;
Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Master's degree or PhD in a related labor category field from an accredited college, university, school or educational institution that has been accredited by accrediting bodies or organizations recognized by the US Department of Education.
Ability to provide favorable credit history
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to work effectively in an extremely pressured environment.
Must have and use excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft 2010 or newer programs.

During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
