Financial Analyst IV
The Personal Investing finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst IV whose skills and experience will contribute to the Human Resources function's success while supporting Personal Investing's financial objectives.
The Expertise We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting - Master's Degree in Business/Finance preferred
5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
A successful track record in financial P&L management and analysis
The Purpose of Your Role
Reporting to the finance lead for PI Technology and Marketing, you will support critical strategies to transform our HR Function's delivery and operations which enables PI associates to do their best work and deliver on PI's strategic objectives by building the best talent acquisition, learning, leadership and pay programs and practices for PI associates and leaders. This role works closely with HR partners, planning teams, and finance partners across Fidelity providing financial decision support, planning direction and business analytics.

The Value You Deliver
Leading, as a key team member, the annual budget and MYP for the PI Human Resources function
Working one-on-one and in teams to develop business cases and ROIs supporting investment decision making
Helping our HR partners execute on budget plans and effectively manage funding
Support measurement needs and coordinate with others to ensure consistency
Understanding the HR Function in order to participate in discussions, planning, and provide feedback to help drive the function forward
Coordinating with Fidelity corporate functions including, but not limited to, Human Resources, Global Services, and Procurement
Providing ad hoc analysis for the Head of PI HR and members of the HR management team
Developing in-depth analyses and insights of the underlying expense structure
Creating presentation ready materials to effectively convey financial results, insights and recommendations
Contributing to the finance community with your energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit
