Job Summary

This key position will be responsible for providing FP&A support to the General Manager, North America iTero and his entire organization. This person will provide FP&A leadership across the entire NA P&L and work together with business partners in managing their budgets, scanner revenue and program profitability. Be the Finance voice on the iTero Leadership team, helping the business to achieve their operating objectives.

Specific responsibilities include assisting with the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts, review of monthly reports and analysis on actual revenue, gross margin and spending versus operating plans. Presenting monthly operating reviews to the iTero Office of the General Manager.

Support iTero business growth through promotional analysis, large deal support and other strategic initiatives. Act as a financial partner for the NA General Manager and serve as an adviser on financial impact of commercial initiatives.

Develop strong relationships with all assigned business partners but maintain an objective mind in evaluating their performance as a group. Ability to work closely with corporate F,P,&A team.

This position will report to the Sr. Director of North America Finance and matrix report to Sr. Director iTero Finance.

Job Description

  • Support the forecasting, annual budgeting and strategic planning (LRP) processes

Prepare and distribute monthly reports and analysis on actual revenue, COGS, and operating expense (incl commissions) as compared to the operating plan and forecasts. Maintain standard financial metrics, helping business partners set financial benchmark goals as appropriate.Provide financial analysis regarding Scanner pricing, Service revenue and product mix utilizing data from system of record and knowledge of the business

Participate in monthly financial close process and preparation of reporting package for senior management as required.

  • Maintains financial integrity by accurately entering, verifying, and backing up data, Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.

  • Monitor and communicate opportunities and/or gaps in spending versus objectives and projects

  • Decision support and control: working closely with Sales Operations on forecasting scanner unit sales and sales quotas

Requirements/Education

  • 2+ years of FP&A experience, preferably supporting Sales or MarketingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

Strong analytical skills and experience in building models in MS Excel required.Strong communication skills required.Ability to prepare and analyze P&L components, with related financial metrics.Ability to prepare and analyze month end journal entries and accruals

Ability to craft recommendations and present it effectively

Experience in major ERP software (SAP) and CRM software (salesforce.com)

VIEW JOBS 12/5/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-05T00:00 Position Overview The Risk Analyst is responsible for aspects of the Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) back office process to include: collecting information, researching transactions, verifying accuracy, and processing of CTRs within the bank's CTR filing system. CTRs must be filed timely and accurately to the appropriate government agency, as is required by the Bank Secrecy Act. Duties and Responsibilities * Views daily CTR monitoring reports (used to determine which customer transactions, from the prior business day, met the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act relating to filing of CTRs). * Accessing the inStep teller system, the Analyst retrieves CTRs housed within that system, matches the information on those CTRs to the daily CTR monitoring report, and ensures that all CTRs that were needed have been received. * Retrieves from the teller system by the Analyst are reviewed for accuracy. Any inaccuracies found on the reports are addressed by contacting the CTR preparers, or the teller operations managers as needed. * When CTRs are determined to be ready for processing, the Analyst accesses the CTR's record in the bank's official CTR processing system. Any information that is missing on the processing system's record is manually added by the Analyst. * Once all processing system records have been fully updated and verified for accuracy, must work with management to ensure that the record is transitioned to the correct status within the system, and ultimately reported to the appropriate government agency. * Full completion and filing of CTRs by the Analyst must be done on a strict regulatory-defined deadline. * Maintain a good understanding of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and Financial Crimes Enforcement (FinCEN) guidelines relative to Currency Transaction Reporting, with additional knowledge pertaining to Suspicious Activity Reporting monitoring. Expected to monitor for potential suspicious activity while performing their daily job duties, and refer any suspicious activity that is detected using the appropriate bank channels. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bank systems used to conduct research of customer profiles and transaction activity, to the extent in which it is needed to perform their CTR-based duties. * Perform other duties as assigned and/or requested by Management if asked to do so. RequirementsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience * At least 5 or more years of experience in banking or other financial services industry, preferably in a role that included direct exposure to BSA Compliance-related matters. * Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and guidelines. * Thorough knowledge and understanding of bank products and services. * Proficient in use of MS Office programs and basic PC skills.
