This Financial Analyst supports the Land Based Gaming Finance group and will primarily be responsible for supporting Gaming Client Delivery Project Managers and their projects. They will also assist other team members with the tasks necessary to produce and support financial forecasts. This includes developing and maintaining reporting for use in reviews with Regional Finance and Account owners.


  • Provide the financial skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to analyze, communicate and assist with the financial forecasting of several segments of the Land Based Gaming group. Variance analysis: Actuals to forecast, actuals to budget, actuals to prior year.

  • Assists with the annual budget, and monthly financial planning process; prepares management reporting and analysis for review, including metrics, KPI's and dashboards

  • Audits project requirements against budget, ensures required approvals were obtained and opens the projects in SAP.

  • Audits transactions recorded to projects and works with accounting to manage the reclassification of costs when necessary.

  • Provide financial support on project approval process & spend.

  • Prepare monthly Client Delivery reporting to support the Product, Development and Technology organizations as well as Regional Finance and Account owners.

  • Assists in other finance responsibilities that may arise relating to month-end closing activities, the accounting function and/or accounting policies.

  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and handle deadlines as well as prioritize

  • Works effectively in teams or on an individual basis

  • Educate management at all levels on financial measurements and analysis

  • Requires interaction and coordination with various functional areas within the Company

  • Maintain good communication with business partners

  • Use available tools, data, and systems to streamline forecasting and variance analysis processes. Communicate with Accounting to understand drivers of variances.


  • Minimum 3+ years of job-related experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related area required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required

  • Experience in SAP & BPC, preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Technical competence and willingness to learn new technologies and software applications

  • Motivated self-starter with capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
