Job Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for assisting with financial analytics, forecasting, modeling, and reporting for assigned division(s).

Job Duties:

Assists with collecting, compiling, verifying, and analyzing financial information and economic indicators to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to leadership.
Assists with statistical analysis to support the development of new programs.
Provides support to budget managers and departmental administrators; reviews annual budget proposals for validity against historical metrics.
Provides accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational statistical data and maintains financial and productivity models and reports that contribute to the financial planning efforts.
Assists with special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests related to finance and budgeting activities as required management.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelors degree in a finance related field is required. Master's degree in a finance related field and five (5) years of financial management experience in a health care setting is preferred.

Experience:

Three (3) years of directly related experience is required.

VIEW JOBS Job Summary:Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring the quality of medical records by verifying for completeness, accuracy, and proper entry into computer systems. Assembles and analyzes patient data for the purpose of improving patient and controlling costs.Job Duties:<ul><li>Created radiology image CDs to send out to requesting parties for surgical procedures, continuing care, and patient requests.</li><li>Anonymizes radiology images prior to burning on the CD for research study sponsors.</li><li>Performs quality review of anonymized images to ensure identifiable patient information has been removed from each image.</li><li>Evaluates and reviews Epic MyChart Proxy requests. Uploads MyChart proxy application and legal documents to grant a legal guardian Epic access to health information for children under 18.</li><li>Receives and processes patient uploaded Advanced Care Planning documents from Epic MyChart for inclusion for inclusion in the Electronic Medical Record.</li><li>Serves as a LifeImage liaison for clinical staff and as a LifeImage Gatekeeper that reviews and manages radiology image nominations for the UTHP PACS</li><li>Manages the Transcription interface error queue and performs transcription training to providers.
