The Role

The Finance, Analytics and Accounting team here at Keap is seeking a Financial Analyst that will independently drive business units to make informed decisions with known financial impact. The Financial Analyst will work on streamlining and automating our financial models to drive proactive insights to our finance leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Keap operations teams to understand SaaS reporting and forecasting metrics to help grow the business. He/She will drive strong fiscal discipline, stability, and insights for business stakeholders.


  • Revenue management
  • Review, analyze, report and track to actual revenue, with executive level visibility.
  • Strategic Partnership
  • Be a strategic thought partner with revenue generating business leaders. Use business acumen to co-create the vision and deliver analysis.
  • Forecast and close
  • Drive the financial forecast and close processes on a monthly and quarterly cadence.
  • Special projects
  • Influence and own the strategy and execution of special projects, operational improvements & systems.
  • Deep dive on current models and analytics and redesign through automation and future business needs utilizing Looker.

  • Develop custom reports and analysis related to ad hoc requests.

  • Provide real time visibility into data and outlook projections to leadership to help guide financial direction of the company.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics or related field

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Finance or Analytics experience required

  • Experience at a technology company preferred (SaaS experience a plus)

  • Extreme proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, large sets of data and a working knowledge of statistics

  • Some familiarity with SQL preferred (Python and R a plus)

  • Established history of effective financial reporting with timely and measurable results

  • Strategic innovator that thrives in ambiguity that creates effective solutions to operational challenges

  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan, SQL, Looker or other financial tools

  • Highly analytical and a strong, effective communicator

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail oriented and self-motivated with an ownership mentality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

  • A self-starter with an ownership mentality
