Summary Description:

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for treasury related analysis, including cash management and forecasting, as well as supporting the Treasury Manager with other treasury functions


Essential Job Functions and

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly cash management, forecasting and reporting

  • Initiate funds transfers and wire transactions

  • Work with the FP&A team to update and maintain the cash flow forecast

  • Support the Treasury Manager in bank and debt compliance related reporting activities

  • Oversee the assignment and ongoing maintenance of employee access in the banking systems

  • Support the Treasury Manager in managing banking services and monitoring bank fees

  • Respond to audit inquires in a timely manner for internal and external audit teams

  • Assist in evaluating compliance with the company's treasury policies and internal control framework

  • Ensure cash/interest/borrowing activities are performed and provided timely to the accounting team for recording into the General Ledger

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements


Minimum Qualifications and

Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5 or more years of relevant Treasury experience

  • Cash Flow Forecasting

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills

  • Knowledge of online banking platforms

  • Knowledge of JD Edwards preferred

  • Possess strong analytical and communication skills

  • Experience with foreign currency transactions and transactional accounting is a plus
