This intermediate analyst role prepares data and reporting for our Financial Planning & Analysis team as well as for decision-makers across our organization. Further, she or he contributes to forecasts and analysis through the production of dashboards, reporting, trend analysis, and research related to our revenue and expense activities. This analyst will be skilled at interpreting data needs from key stakeholders and providing timely, relevant solutions that meet those needs.

Develops dynamic, robust reporting solutions which deliver financial data in a timely, accurate, insightful manner, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Adaptive Insights.
Collaborates with senior analysts and other key stakeholders to provide relevant data solutions which assure successful and effective financial planning.
Conducts research of financial data to investigate issues, develop forecasts, explain variances, identify trends, and perform analysis.
Thinks proactively about the financial data needs of our FP&A function, with a willingness to develop potential reporting ideas, anticipate data requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure the delivery of appropriate solutions.
Works individually and cross-functionally on teams, ensuring that all necessary financial data is available and accessible for a diverse audience of users.
Troubleshoots data and reporting issues, with the ability to think critically, identify root cause, and implement appropriate solutions.
May be required to train users of our financial data on the optimal use of our tools, provide direction on where to find the information they are seeking, and offer guidance on the best way to utilize our financial data to meet their particular needs.
