As part of a unique and highly-skilled team, you'll participate in the development of space launch vehicles. We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent financial acumen and analytical ability that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and a passion for providing more than just the financial numbers. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the program finance team and across the enterprise to run reports and prepare analysis

  • Assist with creation of models for financial reviews & cost benefit analysis

  • Manage the capital request process and work with accounting to ensure proper accounting treatments

  • Review the creation of purchase orders and their impacts to the program

  • Manage the labor reporting process (rate variance explanations, weekly reporting, reviews of labor charging, etc.)

  • Data mining across diverse data sets

  • Support business manager with determining budgets, tracking budgets to actuals and other performance metrics.

  • Support program teams and compile estimate at completion (EACs) at the element and program level

  • Identify, analyze and report results of financial performance variances to budget and forecast

  • Support and assist with internal initiatives for new products for internal customers.

  • Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other highly analytical field.

  • 3-5 years of financial and business analytics experience

  • Strong analytical skill set and high attention to detail

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills

  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Understanding of underlying business processes and the impact of financial decisions.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Desired:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Secure environment account management, storage management, local authentication support, file server administration, user privileges, group policy, software testing, restoration operations, contingency planning, and backups. * Installing, configuring, deploying, patching, and removing computer and server hardware, software, and peripherals. * Troubleshooting computers, servers, virtual machines, and other devices. Apply computing diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate and determine root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions. * Maintain automated system for change control and patch management. * Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software. * Document general processes and maintain detailed documentation. * Manage and configure Microsoft Exchange Server, network switches, and virtual machines and environments. * Provide support outside of regular business hours (weekends, holidays, etc.) as required. * Serve on an on-call rotation, being available after hours via phone as required. Qualifications: * US Citizen with an Active TS with current SCI eligibility. * This position will require a polygraph conducted by USG customers. Existing polygraph preferred. * Be able to perform all Security Plus (Security+) type functions. * Current DoD 8570.01-M certification (Level IAM II), or the ability to earn a certification within 30 days of employment * Minimum of a B.S. degree in information systems or computer science. * 5-10 years' experience as a system administrator in a windows environment. * Experience with Exchange Server configuration and administration. * Experience with PowerShell or equivalent tools to automate processes. * Customer Service-oriented attitude to support computer users, most of whom have extensive science and engineering backgrounds, and require efficient resolution of complex problems. * Able to quickly adapt to fast changing priorities and deadlines. * Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
