  • The Financial Analyst I will perform analyses of financial statements, cost data, operating and project reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Makes initial assessments and recommendations as to areas requiring further review by Auditors.

  • Reviews and analyzes the records of financial institutions, such as savings and loan associations, including operating and investment records, and inspection of properties, to make initial identification of areas requiring further analysis.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Two-year degree or four-year degree in a related labor category field from an accredited college, university, school or educational institution that has been accredited by accrediting bodies or organizations recognized by the US Department of Education.

  • Up to two (2) years of relevant experience performing technical duties in the commensurate labor categories for corporations or non-profit organizations may be substituted for the education requirements.

  • Ability to provide favorable credit history

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to work effectively in an extremely pressured environment.

  • Must have and use excellent oral and written communications skills.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft 2010 or newer programs.

Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and/or reviewing security authorization packages and artifacts in eMASS at various RMF steps * Completing and/or reviewing risk assessments of Platform Information Technology (PIT) systems * Attending meetings with various system stake holders, A&A leads, ISSMs and presenting technical information and ideas * Drafting and reviewing cybersecurity policy documents * Filling out the eMASS Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) with analysis and incorporation of raw ACAS and STIG test results * Putting together and/or reviewing Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) tables * Creating DISN CPG compliant diagrams in MS Visio with full traceability to the Hardware/Software/InfoFlow spreadsheet and PPS table * Filling out and/or reviewing Implementation Plans for the NIST SP 800-53 security controls pertaining to High-High-High categorized systems utilizing the classified overlay * Reviewing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scan and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) results * Developing and/or reviewing Security Assessment Plan (SAP) Qualifications Education: Certification or Degree in Cybersecurity is preferable, but not required as is, the experience. Required Qualifications: * Superb Attention to Detail * Experience developing and/or reviewing RMF packages in eMASS under the NAVSEA FAO structure * eMASS experience completing or reviewing the security controls, Implementation Plan, Risk Assessment, POA&M, SAP, HW/SW/InfoFlow spreadsheet, and all associated artifacts * Previously worked in a role as an ISSE, ISSO, ISSM, RMF Package Reviewer, or Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) * Familiarity with the Navy RMF Process Guide, NAVSEA RMF A&A Business Rules, and NAVSEA INST 9400.2-M * Experience putting together and/or reviewing Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) * Experience creating DISN CPG compliant diagrams with full traceability to the Hardware/Software/InfoFlow spreadsheet and PPS table * Hands on experience preferred: applying STIGs and running ACAS scans * Familiarity with USCYBERCOM Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Bulletins (IAVBs), and Information Assurance Vulnerability Technical Advisories (IAVTs) TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.
