The Finance team at HPE provides world class decision support driving profitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation. We provide accurate and timely financial information meeting the company's regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities with unwavering integrity. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A HQ department. The candidate will be an active part of our team responsible for sourcing, analyzing and tracking financial data across HPE. The candidate will also help build and maintain finance dashboards which will serve as critical support tools for our team and external stakeholders.

How you'll make your mark:

• Source data, build and maintain PBIs to support analytical needs of Corp FP&A

• Investigate stakeholders' data and systems to help us understand why their systems have different values than ours

• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to help tell the story behind Financial data

About you:

• First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience in finance.

• 4-6 years' experience in financial roles.

• Advance English level.

• Knowledge and experience in Powe BI

• Experience in Power BI reporting

• BOE experience

• Knowledge and experience using SAP BusinessObjects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with HPE's financial IT systems - EGI, BOE, EAP P&L etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong ability to think independently and critically

• Time management & multi-tasking

USD Annual Salary: $66,500.00 - $152,500.00
