Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Treasury team. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Revenue Cycle Management teams to enhance financial processes and support strategic initiatives. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively are crucial for this role. We seek a proactive individual who is eager to streamline and automate existing processes where applicable, demonstrating a self-starter mentality and a can-do attitude. Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Start the day by reviewing the cash collected from the previous day in the banks to ensure it is accurate and complete.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members and stakeholders to discuss ongoing projects and improvement.

  • Perform data extraction from various databases using SQL or Sage.

  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that could help drive business decisions.

  • Process checks, sort the checks and mail to Lockbox.

  • Provide audit requests in audit season.

  • Upload new check issue from A/P to the bank.

  • Provide check or ACH inquiry by A/P team.

  • Weekly Cash forecast.

  • Provide Ad hoc tasks solution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a bank Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

  • Familiarity with Sage is a plus.
