The Financial Analyst will be a critical part of the Finance (FP&A) Team. In this role you will assist in Global's financial, budget and analysis reporting. This position requires high proficiency in Excel and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities. This is a highly visible position assisting in the reporting that is viewed by Board of Directors, CFO, Senior Vice President, and operations leadership. This position is based in Waltham, MA, and is under a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the Waltham office.

"Gauges" of Responsibility
- Provide reports and supporting analysis for month/quarter reporting, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Prepare month-end variance analysis, explaining key drivers for Actual vs Budget/Forecast
- Assist in quarterly financial reporting to the Board of Directors
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of annual budget
- Develop enhanced automation for standard requested reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and inputs for reports
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management that the employee can perform while supplying the highest quality of customer service
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 to 4 years of FP&A/Corporate Finance experience
- Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
- Experience with SAP BPC and Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
Education Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
