What You'll Do:

• Planning and Analysis including the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives.

• Financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for senior management.

• Cost analysis and optimization to identify and improve operational efficiency.

• Revenue analysis and forecasting to identify trends and assess overall financial performance.

• Financial systems and process improvement to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

This is an on-site role with the option of working in our Newport Beach or San Bernardino office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or related industry.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights.

• Solid understanding of healthcare finance preferred, including reimbursement mechanisms and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite similar ERP system.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
