Accountemps is currently seeking top talent to join their client in the East Metro as an Account Install Specialist. The Account Install Specialist is responsible for interpreting and entering correct benefit plan designs into the claims processing system. This role will require strong communication skills, as you will be collaborating with several internal teams. This position also performs tasks related to ensuring accuracy of claims processing. Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide benefit plan submission support to clients and respond and resolve client submission questions and/or issues in timely manner.

  • Receive incoming standard client benefit plan designs and work to appropriately enter and document benefits for new or renewing business.

  • Identify and concisely document system problems.

  • Resolve set-up issues and/or escalate system defects for Commercial and Health Insurance Marketplace with sense of urgency to avoid member disruption.

  • Perform condensed system testing to verify benefits are entered correctly and forward work items to Quality Audit staff for full plan testing and certification.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    - Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Personality aligned with driving for results with strong commitment toward continuous process improvement and customer service. Education/Experience: - HS Diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent.

  • 0-2 years of related experience.

  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

LOCATION: Office in West St. Paul, assisting in the oversight of 6 group homes in the Shakopee, Chaska, and Richfield HOURS AVAILABLE: 31 hours/week, flexible days and times + 5 hours of Case Aide duties (optional). JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Program Director (APD) position is fast-paced and independent. Candidates must be willing to be flexible with their schedule to meet needs of each individual program. DUTIES INCLUDE: * Assist with Designated Coordinator (DC) duties for homes to provide supervision, support and evaluation of activities * As assigned, participate in referral, admission, and service initiation planning * Assure individuals' finances are handled in a timely and efficient manner per support team decision * Maintain a current understanding of the licensing requirements sufficient to ensure compliance throughout the divisions assigned. Attend licensing visit and complete all requested documents * Perform audits of permanent files and financials for all assigned divisions. Conduct follow-up audits * Oversee the implementation of corrective action identified as necessary following the review of incident, emergency and VA maltreatment reports * Ensure staff competency requirements are met and staff orientation and training is provided * As requested, perform day to day activities during Program Director's paid time off/ leave of absence including on-call duties * Review and approve paperwork for annual meetings of individuals served * Review, approve time cards including: overtime, expense reports, and division expenses * Assist with the hiring process * Cover direct care hours when divisions experience a staff shortage as needed * Coordinate and follow up on the maintenance needs of assigned divisions * Attend monthly Program Manager meetings and Program meetings held at program sites as requested * Oversee the schedule for the semi-annual Utilization Review for assigned ICF and provide a summary * Perform other duties as assigned by supervising Program Director REQUIREMENTS: * 4-year degree in a field related to human services * OR an associate (AA) degree in a field related to human services * OR a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution * OR a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and at least four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, with 3 or more years of supervisory experience * Three or more years of supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services to persons with a disability or persons age 65 and older * Background clearance * Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal * Driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance required * Must be able to drive own vehicle, company vehicle (if available), and/or to use public transportation systems to perform job duties.
