Provide benefit plan submission support to clients and respond and resolve client submission questions and/or issues in timely manner.
Receive incoming standard client benefit plan designs and work to appropriately enter and document benefits for new or renewing business.
Identify and concisely document system problems.
Resolve set-up issues and/or escalate system defects for Commercial and Health Insurance Marketplace with sense of urgency to avoid member disruption.
Perform condensed system testing to verify benefits are entered correctly and forward work items to Quality Audit staff for full plan testing and certification.
Personality aligned with driving for results with strong commitment toward continuous process improvement and customer service. Education/Experience: - HS Diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent.
0-2 years of related experience.
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
