Financial Analyst

Endeavor has engaged with a privately held, growing real estate development and investment company seeking for a Financial Analyst or a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Denver, CO team focused on acquiring, developing, owning and operating commercial real estate assets throughout the Western United States. This role will work in small, regionally focused team comprised of analysts, an asset manager and a regional vice president, to gain valuable insight and experience in numerous facets of the real estate business.

The Analyst will provide impactful decision-support across several of the company’s business functions, including: Leasing, Operational Activities, Acquisitions and Development. Responsibilities: Analyzing lease proposals and the credit worthiness of prospective tenants Discounted cash flow analysis of properties using Argus and Excel Lease preparation and administration Acquisitions due diligence, including credit analysis, lease abstracts and third-party report review Obtaining and analyzing market information relating to proposed or existing investments Tracking internal rates of return for existing properties Prepare various reports for management review Supporting property managers with tenant improvement projects Managing marketing efforts pertaining to the firm’s real estate portfolio Occasional travel to assigned markets to visit properties and develop market engagement Education/ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance, economics or accounting At least 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst in CRE Must be able to work both independently and in a team Develop strong and effective relationships both internally and externally Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines Good interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, with a natural curiosity to dig for facts as issues/concerns arise Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Eager to learn about and gain exposure to numerous verticals within the commercial real estate sector
