SUMMARY:

The Financial Analyst for Chedraui USA team supports the executive management team, operations team, and other functional departments throughout the organization by providing financial projections, financial reporting, and developing financial models for 379 grocery stores under our three store banners. (El Super, Smart & Final and Fiesta Mart)

We are currently seeking a financial analyst to join our team and assist in achieving our company's financial objectives. The Financial Analyst will be reporting to the Vice President of Finance and will be managing our El Super banner stores, which consists of 65 stores.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual that is willing to learn and grow with the company.

  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare weekly reports on EBT activity.

  • Prepare month-end financials and supplemental management reports.

  • Perform variance analysis.

  • Assist in the preparation of the quarterly board presentation.

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.

  • Prepare adhoc reports for our executive and management team.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually. The actual starting pay will be determined by a number of qualifications; including, experience and relevant skills.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
