Position Summary
The Financial Analyst, eGaming position will provide financial analysis support to the eGaming operations team as well as financial management and reporting to Company executives. This individual will be involved with developing new reporting and analyzing and modifying existing reports. Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Work alongside the eGaming Manager of FP&A (and Accounting, Director of Finance, & eGaming CFO to lead the financial function of the eGaming department including planning and executing projects to improve systems and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting packages.
In-depth analysis of results and comparing actuals to forecasts/budgets and prior years.
Assist with integrating M&A financials & KPIs into current reporting packages.
Model ROI and payback analysis for various capital investments, pricing structures, and commissions programs throughout the eGaming lines of business.
Assist accounting team as needed on ad-hoc analysis and projects.
Participate in preparing monthly PowerPoint & graphs for private equity and executive team.
Support in the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators, related operational analysis, ROI, and other areas as required.
Perform ad hoc requests that arise based on business needs at the time.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent preferred.
1+ years of experience in finance.
Demonstrate a focus on continuous improvement and process excellence.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts.
Work accurately and efficiently within Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Advanced level Excel skills preferred.
Exceptional work ethic, team mentality, positive attitude, highly driven, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in Tableau, Salesforce, QuickBooks, OneStream, and other systems.
