Our client, a leading global FinTech company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Underwriting team.

The Opportunity:

Our Underwriting team is expanding once again, and were looking to add an Underwriting Associate/Financial Analyst to the group. This position is an ideal early-career role, leveraging some of your related financial analytics experience in an exciting technology environment.

Our underwriters are at the forefront of our growing organization, looking to analyze prospective clients. We combine an understanding of the sector through our proprietary databases with industry-leading decision algorithms to create compelling deal structures for our clients.

Underwriters will review prospective clients financial statements to assess credit risk and to interact across the organization to negotiate the right terms for the proposal. This role will also include broader due diligence on the client to provide a holistic recommendation to the credit committee for approval. In doing so, our underwriters will need to engage with internal sales and external clients to get to the right outcomes.


  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Some work experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
