We are an office that operates in a strong legal and financial environment. We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Financial Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and knowledge and understanding of financial transactions. Financial experience and the ability to work with the public and comprehend legal matters is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities: Analyze financial information and perform reconciliations. Analyze legal documentation and information for cases. Ability to research matters and communicate effectively by phone and email to resolution.
Ability to manage financial transactions:Downloading posting and ACH files. Posting regular and ACH receipts and manual check entry. Researching stale dated and returned checks Posting adjustments.
Financial audits of cases. Regular interaction with teammates in person, via email and spontaneous meetings as needed. Assist at court hearings and update court docket.
Must be adaptable to change. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail and procedure oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Ability to work independently and work within a team and other teams collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with the public and outside vendors.
Duties as assigned. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. High school diploma with minimum of 2 years of financial or customer service experience OR bachelor's degree. Pass required background check.
