Financial Analyst - Canonsburg, PA

General Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the annual budget, long-term plan (5 years), and the monthly forecast process to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with maintaining financial models, a solid understanding of accounting transactions, and the ability to communicate with senior management.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with Corporate O&M department leads to prepare the annual budget, long-term plan (5 years) & monthly forecast.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain financial models to support a "live" forecast.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.

• Assist with business unit revenue and expense reporting on a weekly basis.

• Assist with company capital reporting and forecasting requirements.

• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.

• Utilize continuous improvement and lean systems methodology to drive down costs and improve the quality of work/life balance.

• Create a positive working environment by supporting DT Midstream and CFO Organization initiatives.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Other Qualifications

Preferred:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry

• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others.

• Proficient verbal, nonverbal, written, and presentation skills

• Ability to organize work independently and to work in teams

• PC proficiency, including experience with MS Office Products
