Underdirect supervision, interprets and implements financial and accounting conceptsor techniques for financial planning and analysis.
Providesfinancial analysis, development budgets and accounting reports to managementpersonnel.
Evaluatespresent and proposed financial programs through statistical analysis andinterpretation of short- and long-term trend data.
Analyzesthe financial feasibility of proposed development projects.
Analyzesthe financial structure of proposed transactions.
Participatesin the review of new deals/transactions and coordinates with others in thedevelopment of a financial plan.
Workson projects of moderate complexity.
Performssimple economic research work and prepares simple analyses of subjects such asrate of return, depreciation, working capital, investment and financial andexpense performance comparisons.
Assistsin the preparation of basic forecasts and analyzes trends in finance and generalbusiness conditions and other areas.
Analyzebasic financial reports and records, making studies or recommendations relativeto the accounting of reserves, assets, revenue and expenditures.
Assistsin obtaining revenue and assets acquisition information. May review,consolidate and summarize it for financial reporting purposes.
Conductscash flow analysis. May assist with budget preparation.
Maycoordinate financial analysis matters with other departments, locations anddivisions.
Mayassist with research and preparing financial and market conditions foracquisitions and due diligence.
Mayperform other duties as assigned
Skills,Education and Experience:
Bachelor'sdegree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience.
Minimumof 2-3 years of previous financial analysis accounting experience.
Intermediateknowledge of PC applications such as MS-Excel ad MS-Word.
Experiencewith computerized accounting systems a plus.
