Division Overview Aurohealth LLC is a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes store brand Over the Counter (OTC) products. Our mission is to develop as many OTC products for the US retail market providing a consistent and reliable supply, at a fair price, and of the highest quality.

Our targets include Rx to OTC switch molecules, ANDA & Monograph OTC products in various dosage forms / formats solids (tablets, capsules, soft gels), liquids, semi solids & nasal sprays. Our FDA approved manufacturing sites are located in USA & India.

Job Overview Responsible for financial reporting and supporting management decision making with professional financial analyses. In addition, this position will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and reporting performance vs. budget. Responsibilities Managing vendor invoices and Accounting Accruals and accounting prepayments Maintenance of Fixed assets records and accounting for depreciation Assist in analyzing costs of purchases, processes and services for reduction/rationalization Maintenance of Cost records Preparation of financial statements per Indian GAAP and assistance per US GAAP and Consolidation Variance analysis Bank Reconciliation Annual report and Tax filing.

Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Skills & Requirements Knowledge and experience in Indian GAAP, US GAAP and Consolidations Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong financial analysis expertise and creativity is essential.

Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Advanced Excel skills required.

Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models. Building and reporting operational metrics to track key business drivers Education & Experience BS/BA in accounting, finance, or a business related field. Up to 5 years working in Financial Planning and Analysis.
