The AppleCare Finance team is closely aligned with the business and is one of the strongest organizations inside of Apple. This role will be focused on supporting AppleCare Finance and AppleCare's Service teams by providing guidance, tools, data, reporting, process recommendations, financial analysis, and business metrics.

You will have various responsibilities including project management, business partnering, functional ownership, and information specialist. Are you someone who is naturally curious and enjoys the unknown and ambiguity, someone who strives for continual improvement in both their individual work and in the AppleCare organization?

Forecast and analyze AppleCare's commodity spend, including iOS, Mac and accessories. Partner with AppleCare Planning and Procurement to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency and drive cost optimization and savings Standard cost projections and variance analysis. Provide analytic support on standard cost based on historical data and future projection.

Provide In-depth analysis including Purchase Price variances, Repair Price variances, and internal transfer. Partner with Finished Goods and Refurb Finance teams on the internal inventory/reserve transfer process. Build consensus with Business on the charge back allocation.

Manage AppleCare buy/sell transactions and Account Payable escalations. Provide guidance on complicated sales transactions. Work with buyers, SOM and Accounting on account maintenance.

Responsible for the custom valuation on AppleCare parts. Be the WW liaison to assist any custom valuation issues from the regional finance and logistics teams. Preparation of month end/quarter end accounting entries, accruals, and reconciliations

The Apple Support Social team is seeking an organized, highly motivated Systems Admin to lead content approvals, asset organization and creative feedback organization. You will have strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple projects on tight timelines, and a willingness to drive process improvements. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders within the Apple Support Social team and across Apple and the World. Minimum of + 5 years experience in a fast paced high tech environment.
