The primary purpose of this position is to assist the CFO and Finance Office in supporting the Finance Division. Primary responsibilities include: assistance to ensure accurate analysis, documents, projects, and reporting for Bi-State Development enterprises and internal service funds, administrative duties, Dunning Letters, office supplies, Finance Office correspondence, and business technology. Secondary responsibilities include: support, back-up and cross-training on duties related to cash, investment/banking functions, journal entries and financial statements.

Prepare Dunning Letters and coordinate this activity with Accounts Receivable.
Assist CFO with outside correspondence.
Oversee the use of the Executive and Procard within Finance.
Assist CFO in monitoring PTO, vacation, out of office time for Finance.
Assist with I-Expense and review of expense reports.
Oversee the procurement and distribution office supplies for Finance Division.
Maintain the CFO calendar, meetings, and keep minutes of CFO staff meetings.
Coordinate the collection of Finance staff's month-end reconciliations for the Controller and CFO to review.
Review with the CFO the monthly and quarterly analysis of company and department financials.
Assist with ad hoc profitability analysis and long-term financial projections for various Bi-State Development
business units, as needed.
Provide support to departments within the Finance Division with limited resources.
Assist Treasury with unapplied cash, cash management, and mailings; including back-up and support of
daily bank account reconciliations, resolving cash and reconciliation issues.

Experience: 3-5 years in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
Education: Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
