The Financial Analyst will work on financial modeling, stock research, forecasting future financials, and assist in creating budgets for American Addiction Centers. Will also support the Revenue Director in the accounting group with a primary focus on revenue and billing cycle analysis.
Assist facility CEO's and the Director of Finance to develop the company's budget for the upcoming year.
Forecast the future metrics and financials based on historical trends.
Create excel workbooks for each facility with forecasted financials, revenue models, labor models, and capital expenditures.
Monitor the organizational spending to ensure it is within the budget each quarter.
Calculate the detailed future spending and capital expenditures of the different facilities.
Consolidate financials of all the departments and facilities into one budget in order to look at growth from year to year.
Work closely with the Director of Revenue on calculating the gross charges and collection percentages of the gross billings.
Develop a model to predict the number of lab tests as well as the gross and net revenue of those different tests.

Bachelor's degree in Finance required or Master's degree in business with Finance concentration.
Minimum of 1 year experience in finance.
Past experience in researching publicly traded companies
Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.
Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
If in personal recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober.
