Financial Analyst

Job Description Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide forecasting support.

• Support FP&A team in compiling and merging datasets from multiple source systems.

• Support Operations leadership in reporting and tracking of key performance indicators.

• Support the Sales organization in analyzing bookings and revenue and reporting on customer performance.

• Conduct cost variance analysis to identify areas of concern and improvement.

• Perform month-end financial reporting.

• Support FP&A team in compiling and merging datasets from multiple source systems.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.

• Support Accounting team during month-end close with journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and ad-hoc requests as needed.

• Support Accounting team during audit as needed.

• Assist in data validation, data reconciliation, and quality control of reporting packages. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Proven experience in financial analysis or related roles.

• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis software.

• Familiarity with ERP systems in Manufacturing environments.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large amounts of financial data.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, including profit and loss analysis and forecasting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
