THIS ROLE IS 100% IN OFFICE IN GARLAND, TX.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment by assisting key company initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing documents and timelines, making recommendations based on cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring and coordinating special projects.

Job Duties

  • Supports administrative operations and activities including special projects, budget analysis, and other specialized functions.

  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.

  • Assists in identifying and resolving operational and administration issues; observes, gathers, compiles, verifies, analyzes, and correlates pertinent information, facts, and data; identifies alternative solutions or sound conclusions; and makes and assists in the implementation of recommendations.

  • Collects and organizes specified data from various sources, which may include departmental heads and subject matter experts, surveys of reports and forecasts, personal observations, budgetary documentation, and other appropriate resources.

  • Analyzes collected data for trends and outliers with an eye toward improving the organizations efficiency, profits, or other specified parameters.

  • Other job duties as assigned by leadership.

Skills/Abilities

  • Adept with basic research method and mastery of basic math and statistics.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to think analytically.

  • Detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services industry

  • Ability to create visual descriptions of findings and present them to staff at varying levels in the organization.

  • Ability to collaborate with the managerial staff of various departments and work independently.

  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Physical Abilities

  • Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company.

  • Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
