To excel in this type of role, you should have the following skills: -Complete month-end financial close processes timely and accurately and articulate results to business partners and leadership.

  • Perform SOX, compliance and control functions.

  • Prepare month-end business performance package that highlights key financial and operating activities, and identifies trends within the business

  • Perform analysis of actuals vs. budgets/forecast to the management team as needed and routinely communicate with Finance leadership regarding trends using appropriate metrics You should also be proficient in two or more of the following software: MS Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups), MS Access, SAP, Oracle, NAV, PeopleSoft or other comparable software. Overview The Financial Analyst assists in the management of Endeavor's finances by performing internal audits, analyzing variances, filing required reports and participating in the financial planning process.
