Located on the southeast Atlantic coast in Brunswick, midway between Savannah, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida, the College of Coastal Georgia is an undergraduate college in the University System of Georgia with an additional outreach through the Camden Center in Kingsland, Georgia. The College provides an affordable and interactive education in the natural beauty and abundant sunshine of Georgia's Golden Isles, an area noted for world-class golf courses and resorts as well as amazing diversity of maritime habitats, wildlife and sea creatures.

Job Summary
This position serves as the first point of contact for student, visitors and families seeking assistance with enrollment inquires. The position is responsible for cross-training to provide general information, maintaining student records, and general processing.
Responsibilities
1 -
Cross-trained to provide excellent customer service as the front-line point of contact for enrollment-related inquiries received in person, by phone, or via email
2 -
Assists students, staff, faculty and the general public in navigating multiple websites to complete needed tasks
3 -
Responsible for monitoring and responding to email and voicemail accounts in a timely fashion
4 -
Maintains student records by updating the student information system and/or imaging system
5 -
Processes related paperwork and completes monitoring reports
6 -
Effectively performs multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
7 -
Reviews reports for accuracy and completeness
8 -
Performs related duties as required
