• Scanning and linking paper files into document imaging system

• Checking scanned documents for accuracy

• Creating file folders

• Filing hard copies of documents

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualification(s)

• Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours for summer or 6 credit hours for Fall

• Attach an availability schedule with application

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work quickly but accurately

Pay Rate $14.00 Location Grayslake Total Hours per week Up to 20 Work Schedule

Can be coordinated with your student schedule, however, attendance is important. Position runs through the end of the academic year.
