Headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ, Cornerstone has five offices in the U.S., plus locations in Germany and Singapore. This subsidiary of Atlas World Group is a dynamic full service global relocation management company that analyzes the complexities and nuances of thousands of relocation programs with the goal of taking them to a new level and tailoring them to the needs of clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and maintenance of the financial transaction flows for assigned clients

  • Weekly general ledger reviews and the resolution of open items

  • Scheduled invoicing of amounts due to clients

  • Cost allocations and verification of service fees on individual transferee files

  • Final Account reconciliations including file closure

  • Preparing and recording cost estimates according to client policy

  • Cost and payroll reporting, including year-end transferee reports

  • Ad hoc reporting as required including the development of report formats

  • Assistance with the development, implementation and maintenance of processes

  • Cross-training team members

  • Other duties and special projects as required and assigned by management

Required Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field or equivalent experience and demonstrated skill sets

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

  • Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook

  • Demonstrated familiarity with computerized accounting systems

  • Two to three years broad based accounting, tax, payroll experience and/or equivalent previous relocation finance experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to assist in developing coworkers

  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines

  • Team orientation is mandatory

Explore the breadth of opportunities that come with aligning your expertise with the future of superior networks, systems, analytics and video, to improve the way people live work and play. * Identify business processes and system improvements in collaboration with internal business users. * Compile documentation for business process and data requirements. * Coordinate user acceptance testing with business users and collaborate with the Financial Systems-IT group as needed to resolve discrepancies. * Distill training content into a working draft of materials to educate customer(s) on utilizing implemented processes and/or systems. * Analyze implemented processes and systems performance; ensure processes are performing as expected and report when there are deviations to expected outcomes. * Participate in post-mortem process led by Process Improvement Managers. * Handle monthly support activities and special projects as required. * Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. * Develop systems expertise to ensure internal user questions regarding FP&A systems are remediated in a timely and thorough manner. * In conjunction with both development and FP&A users, develop and submit user requirements which will continue to ensure state-of-the-art FP&A systems. * Ensure timely delivery of the aforementioned solutions while communicating project status to various internal constituents. What we're looking for... You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Math, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science; or four or more years of work experience. * Three or more years of relevant work experience. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access and Excel. * Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) systems (Hyperion Essbase and/or Hyperion Planning or similar systems). Even better if you have: * A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Math, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science. * Certifications: Six Sigma, Oracle/Hyperion, PMP, CBIP, and/or CBAP. * Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry. * Experience performing FP&A functions, such as reporting & analysis, planning and forecasting, and/or target setting. * Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills with the proven ability to focus on the details. * Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and project management. * Knowledge in the design and interaction of business systems, data architecture, data sets, and applications. * Knowledge of SDLC processes in both waterfall and agile methods. * Knowledge in the usage of Oracle DRM, SAP MDG, Collibra, Hyperion Financial Management, and Hyperion Strategic Finance. * Knowledge in the usage of OBIEE, Tableau, Qlik, Teradata Analytic Services, SQL, and/or similar tools. * Willingness to travel.
