Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Analyze of preliminary trial balance.

  • Run and Generate Daily / Weekly and Monthly reports used for the Integrated Close process

  • Perform Central Checks on Financial Results which include trending and variance analysis

  • Prepare and analyze corporate periodic reports for the units under his/her management.

  • Support coordination to accomplish all tasks related to projects both Corporate and specific for Mexico

  • Comply with surrounding controls established by Citi for the financial process, supporting documentation, binders, MCAs, EUC., Entitlements, COB, etc.

  • Comply with training schedule for each position.


  • Bachelor Degree on Accounting or Finance or related fields background

  • 2 year minimum of experience in a financial control / finance support roles / accounting /

  • Comfort with manipulating data.

  • Finance System Knowledge, preferable CRC, Smart II, FRS, Full Suite



  • US GAAP basic knowledge

  • Excellent PC Skills (Excel and MS Office, databases, financial reporting systems - Access is a plus)

Key tasks including dealing with transaction level data, loss performance analysis and working closely with various partnering organizations. The individual is expected to: Compile and communicate the monthly transaction loss results and drivers to partners in Finance, Accounting and Risk teams Execute monthly transaction loss forecasts based on transaction loss data using financial models Develop best practice forecasting models for loss provisioning Review financial model performance and implement enhancement where necessary Work with Controllership and Finance teams to successfully manage the internal and external audit review.
