The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Financial Accountant. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Financial Accountant Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly company financial statements and distributes statements and analysis reports to appropriate managers.
Prepares, files and maintains property and real estate tax records for multi-company corporate group.
Prepares, files and maintains Franchise Tax returns, corporate representation forms and relationships, state licenses, tax accounts and contractor's licenses for multi-company corporate group in each state business is conducted.
Primary point of contact for outside tax accountants in matters relating to State and Federal income tax return filings and issues.
Helps prepare documentation for multi-company income tax returns to ensure timely and accurate filing.
Assists as an Audit Coordinator for yearly financial audits as well as state and federal income tax audits as they arise.
Performs a wide variety of Compliance and administrative duties to support the work of the Management Team.

Financial Accountant Job Skills:
Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting or finance environment
Experience supporting executive level leadership, preferably in a medium to large size company
