Job Summary:

This specific ASA (Account Support Associate) role will be in addition to our current support model to further assist the Finance and Markets team in the Central Region. Americas Advisory requires a sales forecast by service line by market segment monthly and the merger of the SE and Central Regions has created the need for this support role to expand significantly. The greater size of the new market segments will require additional ASA support to assist the AMSL with pipeline hygiene and communicating to the teams to update in Mercury for accurate reporting. Through discussion with regional stakeholders the ASA Practice has determined a resource focused on both Finance/Markets and Deal Governance (50/50 split) will best fit the current needs. This individual will be working closely with the Director of Finance and Markets team on wholistic reporting and collaborating with the GDS ASA support for the region. They should be a self-starter who is always thinking innovatively. Specific tasks will include but are not limited to:

Finance/Markets Support:

  • Hold monthly calls call with new MS Leaders

  • Pipeline Excellence (InterAction/Mercury management)

  • PIGL Support

  • Markets & BD PIC (Program, Initiatives, Campaigns) Support

  • Advisory specific (i.e. NTA)
  • Advisory Connected coordination

  • Mercury Champion

  • Simplified Sales/GTER Reporting & Analysis (growth, trends, progress to plan)

  • Monthly Forecasting Support and Americas Must Win Support

  • BMC Liaison

  • Collaborate with ASA GDS

  • Regional leadership initiative coordination/support

  • Process Improvements, Innovation, and Best Practices

Deal Governance Support:

  • Deal Reviews

  • Reconciling SharePoint site to tracker

  • PACE

  • Pipeline

  • Commit Calls

  • Update Interaction

  • Forecast Calls

  • Closed-Loop Process Flipping Wins

  • Deal Governance Validation

  • Loss Reconciliation

  • Finance Recurring Tasks:

  • Margin Validation

Knowledge and skills requirements:

  • Strong data analytics and excel skills (e.g. - pivot tables)

  • Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, project management and customer service skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent listening, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Ability to address all relevant information/data and develop practical approaches to solving problems

  • Possess creative and curious approach to tackle complex challenges, leveraging internal tools and resources to achieve favorable results

  • Results-oriented approach to drive improvements in engagement economics (financial systems, relationship management tools, revenue pipeline, sales cycle reports, risk assessments)

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and collaboratively with virtual teams

  • Ability to effectively manage concurrent projects, and prioritize multiple tasks including multi-location coordination

  • Competent at meeting tight deadlines, performing high-quality work and diligent follow up

  • Proficient in standard and service line-specific software applications and databases

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years professional work experience

  • Financial analytics, business development and project management experience

  • Prior direct client service a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Job Summary:
