Kuni Auto Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Finance Consultant to join the Holman family.

Job Description:

The Finance Consultant is responsible for maintaining satisfactory levels of gross profit and customer satisfaction in the sale of finance and insurance services and products. S/he has responsibility to create, where needed, and maintain processes for the sale of these products, which includes providing Sales Consultants with product information and training them on selling technique and on the proper preparation of paperwork. The Financial Services Consultant is responsible for assisting Sales consultants in the sale when necessary and may need to handle the sale by him/herself.

In addition, the Financial Consultant should maintain updated knowledge on all state and federal laws related to the department, including but not limited to cash disclosure requirements, damage disclosures, auto-industry and related banking laws, and provide this information to the Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. This role has the responsibility to review all related paperwork completed by the sales department personnel, and s/he should create processes to identify and correct errors in the paperwork prior to submission to the Administrative Office, financial institutions, DMV and other outside entities. They are the primary dealership contact for all finance source relations.

  • Maintain successful F&I Operation

  • Assure that all buyers are afforded the opportunity to purchase financing, payment protection and other products and services carried which are appropriate for the vehicle purchased

  • Maintain a follow-up system for collecting one pay contracts and outstanding titles

  • Obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores

  • Process, review and analyze the credit report of customers

  • Run customer credit reports, which include detailed credit history and confidential consumer data

  • Analyze the credit history of the customer to determine the probability of the bank accepting the credit application

  • Maintain knowledge of finance and insurance products and manufacturers policies

  • Train and manage sales consultants in product and paperwork related to F&I Products

  • Maintain knowledge of industry; create and maintain relationships with industry contacts

  • Assist the desk managers as necessary

Qualification Criteria:

  • Must have a valid driver's license with excellent driving record

  • Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • 1-5 years of experience as automotive finance manager preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Description As our Investment Portfolio Finance Manager, you'll participate in NIKE's Portfolio Management Processes, ensuring optimal investment against Nike's top priorities. You'll drive financial rigor in the creation of investment plans, prepare and distribute timely and insightful analysis to report progress against strategic areas of spend, and develop critical cross-functional relationships to support these deliverables. Specifically, you will drive the following areas: * Work directly with the cross-functional and geography business units to develop and assess financial business cases focused on value potential and strategic alignment * Enhance internal reporting against key financial and operational metrics for Nike's largest initiatives and investment portfolio, to inform executive level decision making and drive accountability * Provide appropriate governance over execution of in-year initiatives by developing enterprise level point-of-views on investment prioritization and phasing and pacing of investment plans to achieve financial guardrails and mitigate risk * Enhance processes, including reporting and governance, over investments across Nike, inc. * Drive financial rigor and discipline for strategic investments to ensure optimal return on investment spend * Coordinate and participate in cross-functional portfolio and investment committee meetings Qualifications * Requirements for the position include: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field * 2 years' additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree * MBA, CPA or CMA is strongly preferred * Advanced level degree or accounting certification maybe considered in lieu of 1-year experience * 6+ years' experience in financial reporting, financial planning, strategic planning and annual budgeting * Experience in a Fortune 500 consumer products or other multi-national firm is preferred * Attention to detail in the development of quality reporting and analytics for executive-level personnel and senior management * Confident in engagement with senior leaders * Ability to work collaboratively within a large organization * Proven strong financial analysis skills; technical corporate finance, accounting, financial modeling and valuation skills * Superior written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate and present to senior management (PowerPoint proficient) * Strong proficiency with financial analysis tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, BI, Tableau, SQL, etc. * Experience with SAP (COPA, BW, ECCS) is preferred * Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills * Ability to pass a 7-year background check NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
