Our innovative, goal-oriented Internship Program is designed to prepare you for various aspects of the Finance/Accounting world. This program consists of paid, intensive hands-on training and focuses on teaching you the skills to be successful in your future.
As a Finance/Accounting Intern your primary responsibilities will be working with our Director of Procurement and other partners in our Finance/Accounting Department. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Entering vendor contracts and designing a contract management process
Building a vendor spend cube
Creating expense templates, including working with senior leadership to develop expense budgets
Assisting Accounts Payable
Shadowing the Finance/Accounting Leaders for day-to-day experience
Successful candidates for the Accounting/Finance Internship must be enrolled in an accredited University or College and be graduating within 12-18 months of the Internship.
Additional requirements of the Internship include:
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background checks
Strong background in Microsoft Office- especially Microsoft Excel
Interest in Accounting/Finance as a future endeavor
