Finance Technology Solutions Integration Analyst EMEA

Locations: Wokingham (UK) / Westport (IE) / Prague (CZ)

Contract: full time, permanent

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Lead the triage process for EMEA Actuals and ensure appropriate disposition of issues and enhancements coming through SMT (Service Now), following up to conclusion and escalation to leadership where appropriate.

o Engagement with end users will be required to ensure the issue is fully understood and documented for the appropriate agent (if not clear).

o The candidate will act as a Level 0.5 agent leading to a conclusion and closure of the ticket i.e. User Access, Training Need, General Inquiries

o Manage & coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders on the status of high priority tickets

o Support the execution of system operational changes according to business use cases & strategic guidelines and facilitate the update of system documentation

o Regular leadership reporting on the status of tickets assigned within EMEA and EMEA colleagues. Establish dashboards and insights with the SMT team.

  • Key partner across the FTS and JJT teams for financial Month/Year End closing preparation & execution for EMEA financial ERP systems in scope

o Follow up on key month end activities executed by Systems Integration Team Members, GS and IT in order to execute month end through the system schematic

o Manage & coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders on the status of closing activities

o Collect and loop back on Month End Lessons Learnt within the Actuals and Reporting team following up with GS and IT where necessary

o Execution of Month End activities (such as (but not limited to) opening and closing periods and system reconciliations remediation)

  • Provide financial systems perspective in process alignments and project implementations across finance, and address implications of change with relevant parties within the Systems Integration Team

  • Support the Power User Program by providing Financial System Run State input to improve the End User experience and ensure continued data quality

  • Support and documentation of the on-boarding of the Actuals EMEA team and becoming an expert in FTS Actuals User Access needs.

  • Lead the documentation of the System Integration Team processes and procedures with regular reviews scheduled by SMEs and technical experts within the team

o Facilitate and communicate the intake of run state processes in to the Systems Integration team

o Continuous review of repetitive and remedial activities within the Systems Integration Team to be outsourced or automated and drive to implementation

o Ensure Financial and SOX Compliance by understanding responsibilities and accountability for internal controls

  • Ensure conformance to all J&J compliance and security policies and procedures
