• Base salary range for Finance and Administration Tech starts at $50,000 / year

Embrace your true self by unfolding your expertise within our Containerboard packaging division, with the support of our finances Director; Eric Bonenfant.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations

• Perform inventory reconciliations

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

• Manage the suppliers accounts (payables)

• Enter transactions in the various accounting software

• Ensure that the data into the system is complete and accurate

• Support Controller during Month-end Process

• Provide administrative support to the local management team

• Be an effective multi-tasker

You too, put forward your strengths:

• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience in account payables

• Minimum of 2 years of experience

• In possession of an accounting diploma

• Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
