About the Role
As a Finance & Strategy Business Partner (Sales Operations), you'll support the Customer Experience organization as it relates to all goal setting and compensation components. You'll work with Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Sales on overarching sales operations strategy. You'll assist in benchmarking, program design, and drive implementation of goals and compensation.
Ideally, you have experience in developing compensation programs, policies, and procedures supporting a sales organization. You demonstrate strong clerical and customer service skills. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty to put out fires and have an eagerness to learn and grow. Lastly, you take pride on payday when no surprises arise.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Analytics, Sales and others to drive a critical business function
Help build the goal setting and compensation architecture to support a scaling sales organization
Lead efforts to process and audit monthly variable compensation
We're Excited About You Because:
You have 3-5 years experience across roles in compensation, analytics, FP&A, or HRIS
You have strong problem solving and analytical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with SQL, and knowledge of other data analysis tools (Looker, Tableau, etc)
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
You're highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you're looking for the right company to support your growth
You are located in Phoenix and are willing to travel once a month to other operational hubs while we scale operations
