Job Title: Accounting Intern

Job Overview

The Accounting Intern will provide assistance to the Accounting Team on a daily basis. Essential duties are daily scanning of documents and assisting with all accounting filing. In addition, this individual may assist with special assignments, as needed.


  • Assist with scanning of all paperwork

  • Assist with all accounting filing

  • Miscellaneous spreadsheets as time allows and as directed

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Needed

  • High School diploma

  • PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn other systems as necessary

  • Ability to participate effectively as a team member

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Detail oriented, motivated, dependable and quality oriented

  • Professional approach and appearance
