Exciting Challenges

Broad Function and Purpose of Position: The Finance Manager will be responsible for cash flow forecast and liquidity planning and AP and AR analytical reporting.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Special projects and various filing as needed.

  • Partner with teams across Finance Organization to ensure proper management of the Company's working capital

  • Continue to enhance/automate all reporting requirements

  • Oversee the month-end close process for Financial Operations

  • Serve as the key point person of contact for external and internal auditors for Financial Operations; manage preparation and support of all external audits, and remain current on audit best practices.

  • Key point of contact for acquisition integration team for Financial Operations.

  • Prepare and manage weekly and monthly finance reports.

  • Analyze and review report findings with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Managers

  • Serve as the key point person for reviewing terms and discounts with Purchasing Team.

  • Cashflow planning, modeling, and forecasting

  • Review daily check and ACH exception reports.

  • Prepare and manage tax schedules and payments

  • Prepare documents for the Annual Insurance Audit.

  • Review and Monitor Certificate of Insurance Requests

  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls.

We Need Your Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 5 - 10 years of professional work experience in Treasury, Finance or Accounting preferred.

  • Experience managing a team of AP and/or AR and working with auditors, internal controls, and compliance related issues.

  • Superior analytical skills and demonstrated ability to draw conclusions and/or summarize findings.

  • Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is strongly preferred.

  • Strong relationship building and communication skills required to work with co-workers around the world and across all business levels.

  • Attention to detail, an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We Need Your Skills
