Onsite in Bothell, WA

Compensation: $120-165k base compensation, DOE

Seeking a dynamic Finance Manager/Senior Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Join our team and drive business improvement initiatives!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales, operations, IT, and accounting to enhance processes.

• Conduct specialized analyses to support all business functions.

• Collaborate with data team to interpret and utilize data effectively.

• Prepare ROI analyses for business expenditures.

• Evaluate business strategies and financial performance.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Analyze variances and operational trends impacting business performance.

• Identify and present opportunities for financial improvement.

• Assist in equipment purchases and compensation plans analysis.

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.

• Oversee industry benchmark reports and annual business plan.

• Coordinate workflow and ensure adherence to policies.

• Support special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Proven leadership and business acumen.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Working knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.

• 4-6 years of related experience required.
